The development of functional and attractive landscape settings for residential developments remains a focal area of Environmental Partnership's consultancy services.
Recent commissions range from masterplanning of new release areas (such as Keswick Estate Dubbo, and Glenmore Park Sydney), to landscape design of multi-unit housing developments (such as Liberty Grove and Hopetoun Quays Sydney).
The masterplanning of new release areas provides the opportunity to apply strong landscape principles in subdivision design and development of open space and access networks. The development of supporting strategies including staging, cost plans, and marketing are important benefits that the Environmental Partnership team offers.
To multi-unit developments, working in close liaison with the project design architects and services disciplines is a key to realising residential landscapes that integrate seamlessly with built form, are practical and effective to maintain, and enhance the quality of streetscape and residential environment in which they are located.
