Environmental Partnerships has been responsible for tourism planning, design and management strategy development in both Australia and though the Asian region.
Projects have included the Yulara Ayers Rock Tourist Resort, Fairmont Resort Leura, Golf and Foreshore Resorts in Malaysia and Singapore, and Strategic Leisure Planning for the northern NSW coast and the Island of Sarawak.
The design of landscape settings for tourism facilities requires a detailed understanding of the recreation, leisure objectives of a development along with the projected management and maintenance approach.
Landscape strategies should respond to site physical character in addition to developing a recognisable identity and functionality for the facility that complements it's market position, and ensures an enduring and sustainable image and quality of environment.
