Urban and Civic Design
Over the past 10 years Environmental Partnership has been responsible for the masterplanning and design development of numerous town centre renewals. These have included regional centres such as Dubbo and Tamworth, in addition to urban centres such as Cronulla, Cabramatta, and Ultimo.
These projects have provided Environmental Partnership with a comprehensive understanding of the complex range of issues needing to be addressed in the successful planning and construction of town centre environments.
Each project has also enabled the team to explore the particular physical and cultural qualities that provide a place with its individual identity and character and to respond to these through design expression.
Environmental Partnership has had key roles in the development of public spaces such as Pyrmont Point Park and The Entrance Plaza. Our knowledge and experience in successfully working with urban design elements such as natural and manufactured pavements, furniture, and mature planting are provided to each project to ensure the optimum results in terms of cost, programme, and public benefit.
