This is aimed to provide clear and cohesive public domain guidance from the strategic to local and place-making level.
The Public Domain Plan distils a place vision based on an analysis of the environmental, cultural and community characteristics of Glenfield, and the key qualities or themes which can translate from the existing place into the evolving Glenfield of the future. These provide a structure under which place actions are defined for place management, culture and community and public domain design.
Overall public domain strategies for design and materials then inform design guidelines for each street corridor and open spaces that should be referenced in ongoing design.
